Justin Tucker drilled in a 46-yard field goal to give the Baltimore Ravens a 26-23 overtime win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Tucker had earlier made a 48-yard field goal with 10 seconds of regulation time left to force overtime against their bitter divisional rivals.
There was more late drama as Zane Gonzalez’s last-second field goal gave the Arizona Cardinals a 26-23 win over the Cincinnati Bengals – and number one draft pick Kyler Murray his first victory in the NFL.
Fellow rookie Daniel Jones suffered his first loss as the Minnesota Vikings won 28-10 at the New York Giants and the Buffalo Bills beat the Tennessee Titans 14-7.
Deshaun Watson threw five touchdown passes as the Houston Texans won 53-32 against the Atlanta Falcons, while running back Christian McCaffrey scored three touchdowns and had over 200 yards of offence in the Carolina Panthers’ 34-27 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. But the New York Jets remain winless after losing 31-6 to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kansas City Chiefs v Indianapolis Colts (01:20 BST)
FOUR touchdowns for running back Aaron Jones tonight.
The Packers can just kneel this one out. What a win on the road and they will go 4-1.
Missed it! Wow!
Brett Maher pushes the field goal wide!
Good job by the Pack defence. It will be a field goal attempt for the Cowboys.
The Cowboys were scoreless in the first half. They were 31-3 down…
They have the ball, 1:56 left.
Even a touchdown and a two-point conversion wouldn’t be enough for the Cowboys, mind. They are on the 25-yard line, 2:21 left. First down!
Dak Prescott is nearly sacked, twice, maybe three times but he wriggles out of it and makes a first down! What a play!
The Packers get penalised as well. Add 15 yards.
Cowboys on the move, inside the last three minutes.
It was only running into the kicker and not roughing so that’s only a five-yard penalty against Dallas. They have the ball back.
Packers will punt – and the punter was hit! A bad mistake from the Cowboys…
Aaron Rodgers is SACKED! Not a good set from Green Bay.
Now Aaron Jones goes backwards – Green Bay will have 2nd & 20. The clock is ticking, mind. Jones took a whack to the head too but he’s OK I think.
Another first down for Aaron Jones! They haven’t been able to stop him all day.
Aaron Jones picks up a first down. He’s had a monster game, four TDs already.
